card made for American author James Rollins :) Sheena Douglass stamps

Had fun making this one, got all inky fingers!  I wanted a card that would tie-in with one of James Rollins books and the perfect stamp set from Sheena Douglass was the ideal choice.
I layered some orange card onto some black, the card was stamped with a crackle mini stamp, ink splat and latin writing stamp (all from Sheena Douglass).
Again I layered black, orange, black card with the main image stamped onto the back of centura pearl card which was inked with Tim Holtz distress inks and a water brush was used to create the streaks of light.  The monk image  was a royalty free image.
Think I am going to have lots more mucky fun with the rest of Sheena's stamps now x
